At STIGA, we stand behind the quality of our sports equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Whether you are upgrading your table tennis gear or returning apparel, we aim to make the process as seamless as your backhand.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original STIGA packaging, ensuring all tags, protective films, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
